Working in a B2B creative agency

Working in B2B means complexity. Give us electric trucks, cardiac surgery devices, industrial printers or something equally niche, and we’ll dig until we find the story that makes it click. Do you feel the same urge to figure things out? Whether you have a commercial mind or a creative heart: We’d love to meet you.

Job Opportunities

Where the creative meets the professional

The people of BBC can best be described as creative professionals and professional creatives. It may sound simple (it’s a good thing that it is), but it’s this unique combination that makes us an agency unlike any other.

Creative professional

The Creative Professional is the sort of person who wanted to do something in business, then did it, and then realised they're still missing something.

Strategists shaping direction, developers building solutions or campaign planners finding ways to connect: They are obsessed with doing 'a proper job,’ but they also reveal an innate curiosity and a passion for new ideas.

Professional Creative

The Professional Creative is the rare beast who blends technique and feel, ambition and grit, and who rounds it up with a sophisticated sense of taste.

Creative copywriters giving voice to ideas, brand designers shaping new identities or 3D designers turning concepts into whole new worlds: They bring a higher level of quality and imagination to our B2B industries.

This is how we do it

You’re allowed to go off-script

Encouraged, even.

Nobody's going to tell you how to do your job. You find new ways, take initiative when you see an opportunity and improve things you don't like. Not because someone asked you to, but because you care about the outcome.

Your role is yours to shape

So knead it until it feels right.

A lot of people here end up doing things that weren't in their job description. That's not an accident. We actively encourage you to pick up new skills, follow a side interest and take your role somewhere unexpected.

You might fall down some rabbit holes

And that’s completely fine.

We don’t see curiosity as a distraction. In fact, we build time and space for it: BBC Academy, Club Curiosity, talks, conferences… There's always something to learn. And when it comes to AI and new tools, we'd rather be the ones exploring than the ones catching up.

You mention every elephant

No matter what room they’re in.

If something could be better, we say so. If something doesn't make sense, we ask about it. That goes for client work and internal work equally. Nobody here is too senior to get feedback, and no idea is too junior to be heard.

Life at BBC and beyond

We like to stay curious, not just in projects but also in how we spend our time.

Sometimes that means visiting creative festivals to see what other creatives are exploring. Other times it’s simpler, like a Drink & Draw where we try a new art form and just mess around a bit.

But we also make space for life outside of work, like our yearly day of charity work, our weekends away, shared meals and Drinks (without the Draws) on Fridays after work.
