## Sending heat pump installers on Mission Flowpossible

Viega Belgium is a powerhouse in drinking water installations, but in the booming heat pump market, brand awareness lagged behind. With Mission Flowpossible, we sent installers on a mission, so Viega could fulfil its own:

How might we **grow demand from Belgian heat pump installers** and show Viega’s full range of sanitary piping solutions?

## The name’s Bond. John Bond.

Jup, that’s our Johnnyboy posing right there. Our colleague-turned-model became the face of Mission Flowpossible. Surely, it sparked the attention of our audience, as the campaign **increased appointments by 30%**.

As for John? He saw himself scaled across a fully connected campaign plan.

- **The Talking DM:** High-intent prospects received a voice box that recruited them through a personalized ‘mission’ landing page.
- **Activation Promo:** To turn interest into orders, target ‘agents’ received a professional cutting tool for any order above a certain amount.
- **Paid social campaign:** A French and Dutch LinkedIn campaign successfully captured another **200+ high-quality contacts** in Belgium.

## Game on at Install Day

The mission reached its peak at the Install Day trade fair in Brussels. Here, we even got kudos from competitors on how Viega’s booth brought the campaign to life.

Star of the show? A **custom vintage arcade game** in which installers had to connect the right piping systems under extreme time pressure. The hands-on experience kept our booth packed all day.
